This explains what Juno collects and how it’s used.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, used to sign you in and to text you.
- Your name and the preferences you give us: area, interests, budget, who you go with, dietary and accessibility needs.
- Your messages with the agent and the events we recommend to you, with your feedback.
- Optional photos you upload. They’re analyzed to learn your taste and not kept as a gallery.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and device for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To personalize and send event recommendations, run your account, prevent abuse and improve Juno. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Service providers act on our behalf: Bird (sign-in codes by SMS), Photon (iMessage/SMS delivery), Vercel (hosting, storage and AI Gateway), Neon (database), AI model providers (to recommend events) and Google (places, routes) where enabled. Your information is shared with them only as needed to provide Juno.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts, change preferences in Settings, or email us to access or delete your data.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except what we must keep for security or legal reasons. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
